A Kwai Chung site in the 2022-23 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.

Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 515 at Lai Kong Street is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station.

It has a site area of about 3,880 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 16,494 sq m and 23,280 sq m.

The tender invitation for the lot will open on September 30 and close on November 11.
