The tender for a residential site in Tai Po has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.368 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

Tai Po Town Lot No. 234 at Tai Po Road - Tai Po Kau, was awarded to Castle Great, a subsidiary of Chime Corporation.

It has a site area of about 14,002 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 12,601.8 sq m and 21,003 sq m.
