The public rental housing development at Diamond Hill Comprehensive Development Area Phase 2 at Wong Tai Sin will be converted to a Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership (GSH) Scheme project.

The Housing Authority’s Strategic Planning Committee made the decision today at its meeting.

This project will provide 2,112 flats in three residential blocks, which will be sold based on the typical public rental housing standard.

The flats are expected to be ready for occupation in the first quarter of 2024.

The authority plans to launch the sale of the flats in around May.
