Man Ka-koy won the Yuen Long District Council San Tin Constituency by-election yesterday.

He garnered 1,340 votes.

The turnout rate was 21.12% with 1,945 of the constituency’s 9,208 registered electors casting their votes.

Leung Fuk-yuen, the only validly nominated candidate for the Shap Pat Heung West Constituency, was declared an elected member in that community’s by-election on June 21.
