A Kai Tak residential site in the 2019-20 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6553 at Kai Tak Area 4C Site 1 is designated for non-industrial purposes.

It has a site area of 9,481 sq m with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 39,821 sq m and 66,367 sq m.

The tender invitation for the lot will open on May 3 and close on June 14.                  

Land sale documents will be available online from May 3.
