Lion Rock Park to reopen

October 12, 2018

Lion Rock Park in Wong Tai Sin will reopen at 9am on October 13, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department announced today.

The Centre for Health Protection issued a letter to local doctors on October 10 saying the local Dengue fever outbreak has ended.

The Leisure & Cultural Services Department and the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department inspected the park today.

They were satisfied with the hygienic situation and mosquito control work at the park and considered it ready for reopening.

Lion Rock Park was temporarily closed from August 17 to prevent the spread of Dengue fever.
