Students to promote HK in Japan

The student ambassadors will promote a better understanding of Hong Kong among university students in Japan.
Four Japanese university students were selected as Hong Kong student ambassadors during the finals of the Hong Kong Cup All Japan University Student Ambassadors English Programme in Tokyo today.
They will promote a better understanding of Hong Kong among university students in Japan.
This marks the 10th year of the contest, organised by the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Tokyo and The Japan News.
The programme encourages university students in Japan to explore the dynamism and rich diversity of Hong Kong.
The 15 finalists presented their thoughts under four themes - “Introducing a Japanese Product in Hong Kong”, “Mascot to Promote Hong Kong-Japan Ties”, “Study Abroad in Hong Kong” and “Tourism”.
The four winners will attend a 10-day exchange programme at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
They will also be offered internships and invited to join various Hong Kong-related events held in Japan.
