Chief Secretary Chan Kwok-ki will depart this afternoon for Beijing, where he will join the "Hong Kong & Macau Youth Flag-Raising Teams' Beijing Visit Delegation" in a "Salute to the National Flag" activity tomorrow. 

​Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong on Tuesday. During his absence, Deputy Chief Secretary Cheuk Wing-hing will be Acting Chief Secretary.
