The Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Bureau is inviting a new round of applications under the Constitution & Basic Law Promotion Activity & Research Sponsorship Scheme.

The scheme aims to strengthen public comprehension and support for the Constitution, the Basic Law, the National Security Law, and the “one country, two systems” principle. With the 30th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland approaching in 2027, priority will be given to proposals for innovative, large-scale educational activities themed around the milestone anniversary.
