New payments portal launches

The Lands Department today launched the e-Government Rent and Premium Portal (e-GRP), a one-stop portal for the public to enquire about and manage payments relating to Government rent and premiums.
Members of the public can register as e-GRP users for their accounts from today.
Through the portal, they can receive electronic demand notes, enquire about account balances and their payment history, and submit and check the status of applications.
The department will issue new demand notes through the e-GRP and remind users to make payments via email.
The public can also register an account and access the e-GRP using the "iAM Smart" mobile app.
