Secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism Rosanna Law today extended her congratulations to Hong Kong, China swimming athlete Siobhan Bernadette Haughey on winning a gold medal in the Women's 200m Freestyle at the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China (NG).

Miss Law said: “Siobhan Bernadette Haughey reaped the gold medal with her excellent performance, exceptional ability and tireless efforts, demonstrating Hong Kong athletes' talent. Same as other Hong Kong citizens, I am so proud of her and wish her success in the remaining competitions.”

The Hong Kong, China Delegation has so far won four medals - three golds and one bronze, in sailing, cycling, tennis and swimming at the 15th NG.
