The Home Affairs Department announced today that it will invite members of the public who visit any of the 20 Home Affairs Enquiry Centres between July 15 and August 9 to assist in selecting the best one.

The department said it would like to give recognition to frontline staff who excel in the delivery of public enquiry services and encourage them to strive towards delivering further upgrades to their service standards.

Members of the public who visit the centres will be asked to rate various aspects of the service they receive during their visit. Awards will be determined by the scores given by the public.

A total of eight awards will be presented and selection results will be announced on the department's website.
