A Sha Tin site in the 2024-25 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender from June 14, the Lands Department announced today.

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 623 is designated for non-industrial purposes excluding its use as a godown, hotel or petrol filling station.

It has a site area of about 2,425 sq m with a minimum gross floor area of 8,730 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 14,550 sq m.

Both exclude the gross floor area of government accommodation, being a day care centre for the elderly, a centre for home care services for frail elderly people and a lay-by, which are all to be constructed by the purchaser under the conditions of sale.

The tender invitation for the lot will close on July 12.

The land sale documents will be available on the department's website from June 14.
