Five pre-sale consents issued in Q1

The Lands Department issued five pre-sale consents for residential and non-residential developments in the first quarter of this year.
 

Among these, four were issued for residential developments involving a total of 1,365 residential units.
 

Two of the developments are expected to be completed next year. One is located in Sham Shui Po and involves 198 units, while the other is one phase of a development in Tseung Kwan O comprising 650 units.
 

One phase of a development in Tai Po that involves 403 units and another development in Tai Hang with 114 units are expected to be completed in 2026.
 

The remaining pre-sale consent is in relation to a non-residential development.
 

In addition, the department issued three consents to assign. These involve a total of 976 residential units in two phased developments in Tai Po and Tuen Mun respectively, as well as the hotel portion of a development in Kai Tak.
 

At the end of last month, 25 applications for pre-sale consent for residential development, comprising a total of 14,019 residential units, and two for non-residential developments, were being processed.
 

In addition, the department is handling one application for consent to assign, involving 1,658 residential units.
