The Civil Service College (CSC) today organised a seminar titled "The Future of Global Financial System: Challenges & Opportunities for ASEAN and Hong Kong", the second in its "Connecting with the World - ASEAN" executive series. 

The seminar was delivered by Distinguished Fellow of the University of Hong Kong’s Asia Global Institute Andrew Sheng.

Head of the CSC Oscar Kwok said that as new doctrines and systems are developed, civil servants should actively anticipate new developments, position themselves to cater to a new reality and seek to involve themselves in shaping the new reality's emergence to turn challenges into opportunities.

About 200 civil servants in the directorate and senior ranks of different bureaus and departments attended the seminar.
