Chief Secretary Chan Kwok-ki will depart for Hainan tomorrow evening to attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2024.

Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong on March 28. During his absence, Deputy Chief Secretary Cheuk Wing-hing will be Acting Chief Secretary.
