CPC Central Committee Hong Kong & Macao Work Office Director and State Council Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office Director Xia Baolong will visit Hong Kong from February 22 to 28.
 

Mr Xia aims to gain a better understanding of the city’s current situation, including economic developments and district governance.
     

Chief Executive John Lee extended his warmest welcome to Mr Xia ahead of his inspection visit and thanked the central government for its care and concern for the city.
 

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government is pressing ahead with various preparatory work to ensure the visit runs smoothly.
