Secretary for Development Bernadette Linn will depart for Huizhou tomorrow afternoon and attend the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) Supply Chain Conference opening ceremony on the morning of January 23. She will also visit the manufacturing bases of MiC modules.

The MiC conference is jointly organised by the Development Bureau, the Department of Housing & Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province and the People’s Government of Huizhou City.

Ms Linn will return to Hong Kong on January 23. During her absence, Under Secretary for Development David Lam will be Acting Secretary.
