Govt concludes recruitment talks

A serving Administrative Officer who graduated from a Mainland university shares his work experience at the recruitment talk at Peking University.
The Civil Service Bureau concluded its four-day recruitment talks in Shanghai and Beijing today, which attracted an online and in-person participation of over 2,000 Hong Kong people.
Five recruitment talks on the Administrative Officer (AO) and Executive Officer (EO) grades were held at the Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in Beijing, the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office in Shanghai, Peking University, Tsinghua University and Fudan University.
The bureau had especially arranged for serving AO and EO colleagues who had graduated from universities in Beijing and Shanghai to share their experience. Director of General Grades Hermes Chan and Principal Assistant Secretary for the Civil Service (Administrative Service) Yen Pun gave the attendees tips on preparing for the examinations.
The joint recruitment exercise for appointment as AO, EOII and four other civil service graduate posts will be open for applications from tomorrow. Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply.
