Secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism Kevin Yeung will depart for Hangzhou on July 30 to meet culture and tourism officials and attend a work meeting with the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 Organising Committee.

Apart from meeting officials of the Zhejiang Department of Culture & Tourism, Mr Yeung will also visit authorities and organisations responsible for culture, tourism and sports matters.

He will depart for the city of Dongyang on August 2 to visit the Hengdian World Studios as well as meet Hong Kong film industry practitioners.

During the visit, the culture chief will also join the delegation of the Legislative Council Panel on Home Affairs, Culture & Sports in some of their Hangzhou programmes.

Mr Yeung will return to Hong Kong on August 3. During his absence, Under Secretary Raistlin Lau will be Acting Secretary.
