A Kai Tak site in the 2023-24 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender from July 28, the Lands Department announced today.

Inland Lot No. 6590 at Kai Tak Area 2A Site 2 and Site 3 is designated for non-industrial purposes excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station.

It has a site area of about 13,499 sq m with a minimum gross floor area of 55,311 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 92,185 sq m.

Both exclude the gross floor area of government accommodation, being a neighbourhood elderly centre and another six specified facilities, which are all to be constructed by the purchaser under the Conditions of Sale.

The tender invitation for the lot will close on September 8.

The land sale documents will be available on the department’s website from July 28.
