Security chief to view bay area cities
Secretary for Security Tang Ping-keung will lead a delegation to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area tomorrow for a two-day visit.
The delegation will visit Macau, Zhuhai and Jiangmen.
They will call on the Secretariat for Security, the Unitary Police Service, the Public Security Police Force and the Judiciary Police in Macau tomorrow.
The group will also tour Qingmao Port in Macau, call on the public security bureaus of Zhuhai and Jiangmen as well as visit a local enterprise the next day.
The delegation comprises Deputy Secretary for Security Howard Yam, and Police and Fire Services Department representatives.
Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong on June 21. During his absence, Under Secretary for Security Michael Cheuk will be Acting Secretary.
