The Development Bureau announced today that it has received one more application under the Land Sharing Pilot Scheme, concerning a site in Kwai Chung.

The site at Lei Muk Road involves about 912 public housing or Starter Homes units, 300 private housing flats and supporting facilities.

The application is made by Gainful Sky Hong Kong, a subsidiary of Southeast Asia Properties & Finance.

The bureau’s Land Sharing Office will co-ordinate with relevant departments to expedite the vetting of the application.
