The tender for a residential site at Po Fung Road in Tsuen Wan was awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1.4388 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 427 was awarded to Wealthy Guide under Kerry Properties.

It has a site area of about 8,360 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor area are 17,520 sq m and 29,200 sq m, excluding the gross floor area of government accommodation for a 30-place supported hostel for mentally handicapped people to be constructed by the purchaser.
