The Government today announced that it will continue with the scheme that encourages unvaccinated seniors to receive the COVID-19 jab by visiting elderly people living in public housing estates in eight districts as well as those in "three-nil" buildings in the 18 districts.

The eight districts are: Islands, North, Sai Kung, Sha Tin, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long.

From today until the end of March, the Government and district groups will conduct door-to-door visits to relevant households with tenants aged 70 or above who have yet to receive COVID-19 jabs to persuade them to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

Arrangements will be made for interested seniors to receive the Home Vaccination Service.
