The 2023 edition of the e-HongKongGuide produced by the Lands Department is available for free download.

With harbourfront promenades as its theme this year, the electronic map comprises an interactive storytelling map showcasing 21 promenades.

There is a brief introduction followed by scenic photos as well as old and recent photomaps for each of these promenades, plus a timeline for readers to learn about their transformation.

The guide provides 119 detailed maps of Hong Kong in A3/A4 sizes, gazetteers of street and place names as well as indexes of estates and buildings, with urban areas and other built-up areas represented in larger scale.

Desktop computers and apps on mobile devices in offline mode can read the maps in the guide.

Users can easily locate their positions on the e-HongKongGuide using free map apps with satellite positioning functions.
