Ballots were drawn today for the Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) Flats to determine the priority sequence of the applications.

The ballot was conducted by the Housing Authority and the results are available online.

Eligible applicants will receive notifications in batches for flat selection from the first quarter of 2023.

This sale round includes 4,693 flats from Ching Tao Court in Fanling, Ko Wang Court in Yau Tong and Kam Pak Court in Ma On Shan, all of which are new GSH developments.

The authority received around 62,000 applications, comprising about 45,000 carried-over Green Form applications from the Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2022 and about 17,000 new applications.

Among them, about 51,000 came from family applicants and about 11,000 were from one-person applicants.
