The Government carried out joint enforcement operations this morning at two buildings in Sha Tin and To Kwa Wan which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

For the enforcement action at Tower 1 of The Riverpark in Sha Tin, the Environmental Protection Department together with Police and the Department of Health verified that all 191 people whose records were checked had undergone testing in compliance with the notice.

Meanwhile, at Tower 2 of Sky Tower in To Kwa Wan, where the Lands Department, Police and the Department of Health conducted an enforcement operation, 261 people’s testing records were checked. Five people failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to three of them.
