The Government today completed a joint enforcement operation at Block 9 of Saddle Ridge Garden in Ma On Shan, which was earlier included in a compulsory testing notice.

The enforcement action was conducted by the Environment & Ecology Bureau, the Environmental Protection Department, Police and the Department of Health.

Out of the 344 people whose test records were checked, 15 failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to five of them.
