The tender for a non-industrial site off Anderson Road in Kwun Tong was awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $296 million, the Lands Department announced today.

Lot No. 1077 in Survey District No. 3 was awarded to Topco (H.K.) under Sun Hung Kai Properties.

It has a site area of about 5,330 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding its use as a residential site, office, hotel, godown or petrol filling station.

The site’s minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 6,148 sq m and 10,246 sq m.
