Testing proof in 2 districts verified

The Government today completed joint enforcement operations at Yee Hau House of Yee Nga Court in Tai Po and Kam Wei House of Kam Tai Court in Ma On Shan, which were earlier included in compulsory testing notices.

 

At Yee Nga Court, the enforcement action was conducted by the Census & Statistics Department, together with Police and the Department of Health.

 

Out of the 332 people whose test records were checked, 15 failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to eight of them.

 

For Kam Tai Court where the Labour Department, Police and the Department of Health checked 314 people’s test records, it was discovered that seven individuals failed to comply with the notice. A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to four of them.
