The Government today completed a joint enforcement operation at Tower 3 of Greenview Villa in Tsing Yi, which was earlier included in a compulsory testing notice.

The enforcement action was conducted from around 8am to 11am by the Audit Commission, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau, the Government Logistics Department, the Government Property Agency and the Rating & Valuation Department together with Police and the Department of Health.

Out of the 281 people whose records were checked, 11 had failed to comply with the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order.

A fixed penalty notice of $10,000 was also issued to six of them.
