The Housing Authority announced today that applications for purchasing Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) flats will be accepted from September 29 to October 12 for 4,693 flats.

Eligible applicants will be invited to select from 776 flats at Ching Tao Court in Fanling with saleable areas of about 25.7 sq m to 41.5 sq m; 2,021 flats from Ko Wang Court in Yau Tong with saleable areas of about 17.2 sq m to 45.4 sq m; and 1,896 flats from Kam Pak Court in Ma On Shan with saleable areas of about 17.1 sq m to 43.9 sq m.

Pursuant to the prevailing pricing mechanism, GSH flats will be sold at a discount of 10% more than that determined for the preceding Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) sale exercise. Based on the finalised discount rate for the Sale of HOS Flats 2022 at 49%, the selling prices of the new GSH flats have been finalised at a 59% discount from the assessed market value, ie 41% of the assessed market value.

Starting tomorrow, application forms, application guides and sales booklets will be available online. Alternatively, printed copies can be obtained from the GSH Sales Office on 1/F, Pioneer Place, Kwun Tong, the authority’s customer service centre in Lok Fu and its estate offices and district tenancy management offices as well as the Housing Society’s rental estate offices and the Home Affairs Department’s home affairs enquiry centres.

The sales brochures and price lists can be collected at the GSH Sales Office or viewed at the aforementioned weblink seven days before the start of the flat selection period.

Balloting for GSH 2022 will be held in the fourth quarter of this year, and eligible applicants will be invited to select flats starting from the first quarter of 2023 according to their priority order of the application category, the authority added.
