The tender for a non-industrial site in Kwun Tong was awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $766 million, the Lands Department announced today.

Lot No. 1078 in Survey District No. 3 off Anderson Road was awarded to Lucky Spring Developments (HK), a subsidiary of The Link Holdings.

It has a site area of about 5,880 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding residential, office, hotel, godown and petrol filling station.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,762 sq m and 12,936 sq m.
