Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Algernon Yau today expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Kenneth Fang and extended his deepest condolences to Mr Fang’s family.

Mr Yau said Mr Fang was a distinguished and well-respected industrialist who made significant contributions to the development of the textiles and clothing sector as well as the improvement in productivity in Hong Kong industries.

"I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Fang for his contributions to society."
