The Leisure & Cultural Services Department will hold a water event in Tin Shui Wai on July 1 for members of the public to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

As part of the Happy@Parks campaign, the event will be held at the artificial turf pitch of Tin Yip Road Park, offering a variety of fun water activities including a giant inflatable water slide, a fun water maze, shaking boats and bouncy water castles.

There will also be other fun-filled activities such as water game booths and a photo corner. Admission is free.

The event will be conducted in two sessions, 9.30am to 11am and 11am to 12.30pm.

People can register in person at any District Leisure Services Office, recreation and sports venue with Leisure Link Services or Leisure Link Self-service Kiosks from 2.30 pm tomorrow.

A limited number of tickets are available for walk-in registration.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR, the department is organising a series of Happy@Parks activities with various themes from June to December in six parks under the exclusive sponsorship of the Jockey Club.
