The Government today announced that three COVID-19 cases were found in the compulsory testing exercises for the restricted areas in Tin Shui Wai and Ma On Shan.

It made restriction-testing declarations yesterday to cover Oi Chiu House, Tin Oi Court in Tin Shui Wai and Block L, Sunshine City in Ma On Shan.

At Oi Chiu House, 1,438 people underwent testing. While no one tested positive, two indeterminate cases were found.

Meanwhile, three positive cases and two indeterminate cases were detected at Block L of Sunshine City where 607 people were tested.

The Centre for Health Protection will follow up on the cases.
