The Government today announced that no positive COVID-19 cases were found in the compulsory testing exercise for the restricted area in Tung Chung.

It made a restriction-testing declaration yesterday to cover Kit Yat House of Yat Tung (II) Estate in Tung Chung where 870 people were tested and no indeterminate cases were detected as well.

Government staff also visited around 400 households there and will follow up with the people who did not answer the door.

Separately, the Government completed a joint enforcement operation on a compulsory testing notice for Block 9 of Grand Yoho in Yuen Long.

Over 200 people's test records were checked, of which five were found to have violated the notice and were issued with a compulsory testing order.
