Home quarantine hotline set

February 10, 2022

The Home Affairs Department announced that a 24-hour telephone hotline 1833 019 with 100 lines has been set up to provide support and assistance for people undergoing home quarantine under the StayHomeSafe Scheme.

The scheme was launched on February 8, under which COVID-19 patients' close contacts and household members of those close contacts who are deemed appropriate after assessment will be arranged to undergo home quarantine for 14 days and four days respectively.

The hotline centres are located in Wong Tai Sin Community Centre and Lai Chi Kok Community Hall, where staff will handle general enquiries and mark down requests for assistance made by people undergoing home quarantine. They will then refer the cases to relevant departments for follow-up.
