7.11m vaccine jabs administered

About 7,113,800 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 3,955,900 people receiving their first dose and around 3,157,900 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,471,500 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 2,484,400 people got the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 1,202,600 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 1,955,300 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 59,700 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

About 7,500 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 10,800 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 19,500 people received their first dose and around 22,000 people got their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine and the BioNTech jab at community vaccination centres is about 97%.

 

As of 8pm, about 2,200 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 8,900 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, eight people were sent to hospitals.
