4.63m vaccine jabs taken

About 4,638,900 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,731,400 people receiving their first dose and around 1,907,500 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,119,700 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,611,800 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 788,900 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 1,118,500 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 63,200 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

About 9,700 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 13,600 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 23,000 people received their first dose and about 16,900 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 97%, while it is 98% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 4,700 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 23,600 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, 15 people were sent to hospitals.
