4m vaccine doses administered

About 4,026,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,406,700 people receiving their first dose and around 1,619,400 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,018,200 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,388,500 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 663,000 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 956,400 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 64,300 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

About 12,600 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 14,000 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 23,600 people received their first dose and about 14,000 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 96%, while it is about 99% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 7,200 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 32,300 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, seven people were sent to hospitals.
