3.9m vaccine doses administered

About 3,908,600 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,343,500 people receiving their first dose and around 1,565,100 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 999,700 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,343,900 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 639,100 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 926,000 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 61,500 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

About 9,100 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 12,700 people received their second dose.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 18,000 people received their first dose and about 21,800 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 98%, the same for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 6,400 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 27,100 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, nine people were sent to hospitals.
