3.66m vaccine doses administered

About 3,668,900 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,212,400 people receiving their first dose and around 1,456,500 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 956,300 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,256,100 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 593,800 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 862,700 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 13,400 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 11,200 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 19,300 people received their first dose and about 12,000 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 89%, while it is 91% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 7,100 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 26,300 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, eight people were sent to hospitals.
