3.56m vaccine doses administered

About 3,561,400 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,150,300 people receiving their first dose and around 1,411,100 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 930,800 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,219,500 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 573,600 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 837,400 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 7,500 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 7,700 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 20,200 people received their first dose and about 14,800 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 97%, while it is 98% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 5,600 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 22,800 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, 15 people were sent to hospitals.
