3.3m vaccine doses administered

About 3,307,500 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 1,998,700 people receiving their first dose and around 1,308,800 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 871,900 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,126,800 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 537,800 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 771,000 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 13,800 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 5,500 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 14,000 people received their first dose and about 7,600 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 96%, while it is 98% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 9,400 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 25,100 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, seven people were sent to hospitals.
