About 2,364,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 1,359,400 people receiving their first dose and about 1,004,600 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 585,000 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 774,400 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 429,800 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 574,800 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 7,400 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 5,300 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 9,800 people received their first dose at community vaccination centres (CVCs) and about 12,800 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is about 97%, the same as the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 8,600 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 18,300 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, nine people were sent to hospitals.
