About 2,117,700 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 1,243,000 people receiving their first dose and about 874,700 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 532,100 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 710,900 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 393,100 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 481,600 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 5,100 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 4,800 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 10,800 people received their first dose at community vaccination centres (CVCs) and about 15,900 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is 96%, the same as the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 3,800 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 6,700 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, six people were sent to hospitals.
