The tender for a Causeway Bay site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $19.778 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

Inland Lot No 8945 at Caroline Hill Road was awarded to Patchway Holdings (HK), a subsidiary of Hysan Development Company and Chime Corporation.

It has a site area of about 14,802 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 60,000 sq m and 100,000 sq m.
