About 1,351,800 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 884,200 people receiving their first dose and about 467,600 people getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 418,800 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 465,500 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 300,000 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 167,600 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 4,700 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

Among them, about 2,200 people received the jab at community vaccination centres (CVCs), while about 2,500 were inoculated at private doctors and clinics participating in the programme.

 

Around 5,100 people received their second dose of the Sinovac vaccine today, including about 3,300 people vaccinated at CVCs and about 1,800 people through private doctors and clinics.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 7,100 people received their first dose at CVCs and about 7,900 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is 96%, while for the BioNTech vaccine it is about 97%.

 

As of 8pm, about 4,400 people had booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 13,200 had reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, 13 people were sent to hospitals.
